Kara Soper
PrincipalKara is an experienced & qualified performer & dance teacher, also the Founder & Principal of Attitude Dance Studios. Founded in 2016, Kara’s aspiration was to create a welcoming and high-performing environment, for all students to enjoy, create & thrive. Starting from a young age, Kara instantly formed a life long passion for dance and from then on, knew that starting a dance school was the dream profession. I’m so proud of the growth of the school and now our very own dance studios!
Kara’s background in dance started at an early age which consists of Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, Lyrical, Acrobatics, Gymnastics, Street Dance & Irish Dance. Kara went on to further her professional dance training at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance the UK’s leading contemporary school. At Trinity Laban Kara was able to work with brilliant teachers and choreographer who are very established within the dance world. One of her highlights during her time there was working with Company Wayne McGregor and performing Entity Wayne McGregor (CBE) himself.
After completing her degree Kara then went on to her gain a PGCE PCET specialising in Dance. The same year she became a qualified dance teacher with the IDTA with a distinction in her Associate examination and founded Attitude Dance Studios in Great Witley.
More recently in 2021 Kara completed her Level 4 Diploma specialising in Ballet awarded with distinction.

Daryl AKA The Jestar
Street Dance TeacherDaryl Curtis AKA The Jestar began dancing 2008 at the youth centre SYPC. Following his passion for dance he then went on to graduate from Creative Academy with a BA Hons degree in Dance. His credits include working with PepsiCo and JDsports, performing at Breakin Convention, and boasts top 8 in the UK for popping, achieved competing at Juste Debout 2014. Most recently performing his own choreography at Glastonbury 2022 & on the main stage at Fearlessly Odd Festival in Reading.

Tammy Banks
Dance TeacherTammy started dancing at age 8 with The Gwynn School of Dance, performing & competing across the country. She has studied with the Association of American Dancing (AAD) and the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISDT) before studying Dance at Wolverhampton University. With 15 years of teaching experience Tammy is passionate about providing opportunities for all ages and abilities who want to pursue dance.
